Sleeping setup: this unit sleeps 6. The loft is equipped with a queen bed and bunk bed and the main level living room has a queen sleeper sofa. There is also the option of a twin sleeper sofa on the main level if the queen is not desired.

Please note that no pets are allowed, ensuring a comfortable and allergen-free environment for all guests.

Directly at the unit - code will come in check-in instructions 48 hours prior to arrival.

After you've completed your booking, you will receive a registration link via email of which will direct you to sign and acknowledge the Escape VRM Rental Agreement. You will be required to complete this prior to receiving check-in instructions.

This was a great location. We enjoyed some hiking in nearby parks and the winery was just down the street. We found the unit not really suitable for older knees! The stairs were steep for us.

Great condo right on the hill! We enjoyed skiing in during the day with our kids/teens and coming back to a clean, warm (with a real fireplace), welcoming condo when the lifts close. You can't beat the location right off of bridge run. We'd love to be back next year!

Three of us stayed here for 3 nights on our girls weekend. The building is a ski building so a little rough but once in our room all was good. While the three of us work healthcare our cleaning standards are a little higher than what we got it was all still good.

This is our second time we have stayed at Caribou Highlands with one of Shayla and Garrett's properties. The condo is as pictured in the photos. The basics are provided, but we brought many items from home (Olive oil, cooking spray, spices, foil, etc). Salt and pepper were the only items in the kitchen (and the salt container was empty). There is a drip coffee maker, but we are used to Keurig and honestly love going to Fika coffee right down the road as a treat. My only little complaint is that the bunk beds creak. Since we were all in one room, we all noticed it a bit. My oldest is 13yo and yet only weighs about 80lbs. Anytime he would change position in the middle of the night (on the top bunk), we would hear it. We had a fan and sound machine, so we turned it up the next night. The property is so family friendly with a great heated pool. Everything is clean and in working order. We grilled one night and loved sitting out on our balcony watching the activity below. Also, we had a family emergency & needed to cancel our trip the day we were set to arrive. The hosts were more than generous in understanding and allowed us to re-book at another time without penalty. We were very grateful and look forward to returning to this property again.

This unit was in a great location, you can ski down to the Bridge Lift instead of having to go all the way to Moose. Another convenience was being able to walk indoors to the pool. The unit had an updated modern touch and we appreciated the clean and cozy rooms to come back to after a long day of skiing. Also, when I had a question I heard back from Shayla right away. Would stay again!

We did not have the best weather getting up there (or going back), but the pool and unit made up for that since it was far too cold and windy to ski during our stay. Garrett & Shayla worked with me on possibly finding a place to stay if we got stranded. Thankfully that did not happen.

We enjoyed this place so much. It was clean, cute and had everything we needed! We loved all the amenities including pantry items! The resort has so many things to enjoy and this was the perfect spot to stay. Great views and just the right size for my friend and our two teenage daughters! We will stay here again!

I was impressed with the amenities which were exactly what was written in the listing. Literally right on the Moose Access run and really close to Moguls restaurant. Slept 4 adults pretty comfortably and the kitchen had the essentials but no spices. Checked in at the main lobby to get the card keys and the two requested parking passes were sitting in the condo when I arrived. 10/10 would recommend for ski in/ski out lodging at Lutsen.
