⚠ Access to the Property – The road leads to the back of the house, but entry is only via the front door. Guests must walk around the public pathway towards the green, where the lockbox is located.

⚠ Parking – No dedicated parking; on-street parking is available in the close.

⚠ Bins – Located in front of the garage at the back of the house (currently unmarked). Efforts are being made to get them numbered for easy identification.

⚠ Basic & Functional – This is a budget contractor home, not a luxury stay. Ideal for work trips but not suited for leisure travellers looking for high-end amenities.

The house is located on a quiet residential street within a 15 minute drive of central Luton and a 20 minute drive of Luton Airport. There is a Tesco Express 5 minutes walk from the property. This is the ideal location for those looking for a peaceful retreat, whilst making the most of Luton and the surrounding areas.



Getting Around:

The property is located within a 15 minute drive of central Luton and a 20 minute drive of Luton Airport. There are local busses servicing the nearby main road, taking just 25 minutes to reach central Luton. Leagrave train station is a 20 minute walk from the property, with regular rail services to central London taking just 45 minutes.



Other Things to Note:

Hairdryer, hoover, iron and ironing board are available.

If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable.
