« Went to check in, and the code would not work. Come to find out, housekeeping deadbolted the door. It also had a heavy weed smell that lingered the whole weekend. Otherwise was a fabulous place to stay, and we all enjoyed it immensely »

« When I got to the property, it was not clean. The backyard was not very good as there were people living in a back bedroom, and there was trash everywhere. Part of the fence was knocked down that they created a pathway. I had high hopes for this property as a good option while I was in town, but it was falsely advertised. »

« Very beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our short stay very much! Highly recommend this property if you're in Guthrie! The only thing I didn't like with the communication was the message I received at 10:15 A.M. to let me know that the cleaning crew had been dispatched and I would need to vacate the property at 11 A.M. or before....I've used VRBO many times and know when check out time is.
