« Very reasonably priced for what we wanted and breakfast included. Have a pool with a bonus as the weather was quite warm and Amy the girl looking after the pool was very attentive, as we didn’t have any towels left in the room and she provided them and always seem to be cleaning up and tidying in the spa area. Breakfast was well stocked and in a delightful dining room and again the staff were very attentive. Tom who looked after us on our arrival was extremely polite and very informative....

« Lovely retreat in a quaint village placed conveniently between both coasts. Glamping at it's best. The hosts discreet but easily reached. Issues sorted swiftly (beside weather not in their power :).CLose to Newquay, Truro St Ives.Lost garden of Heligan and an amazing pub,walking distance from the site with beautiful food. Breakfast available,basics provided. I had a lovely time despite feeling that the wind will.blow away the tent over te Atlantic. Sturdy tent. »

« We loved The Nici hotel i Newquay! The staf was amazing, clean and nice room, and the location was perfect. The hotel had only been open for a month when er were there, so the pool was not ready yet. But we got a free massage and the kids could have a free surfinglesson if they had wanted to. It is close to everything in town, so we walked everywhere. We really liked this hotell, and would stay there again if we're coming back to Newquay! »

« The rooms are really nice and the staff are friendly, but its let down by very poor staff training. The breakfast was a disaster, coffee machine broke, the buffet ran out of food and the wait staff were clueless. Lots of staff but they just didn't seem to know what to do in regard to clearing and laying tables. We were told the restaurant was fully booked for dinner but a quick look online showed lots of availability. Also the bar closes at 9pm so we did not get to try that out!!! »

« We arrived at the hotel late and upon arrival had a sign saying under renovations. No pool/spa/gym/food. Room was ok. However interconnecting door unlocked which puzzled the staff as to why we would want to lock it. 2nd night bar then closed and had to request more milk pots as no laundry service/restock had taken place. Overall disappointed with the stay and feel it should be closed during renovations. The resort could be amazing but needs a lot of repairs. For what was a basic room...
