Come enjoy the beauty and bounty of Southern Maryland including the Chesapeake Bay, beaches, rivers, golf courses, wineries, marine museums and more.

Located on St. Leonard's Creek, Martin’s Landing, offers stunning sunsets and relaxing and quiet mornings. It is an easy 90 minute drive from Washington, DC and Annapolis areas. It is a quick 20 minute drive to Solomon’s Island -- where you can explore the Calvert Marine Museum, the boardwalk, the Tiki Bar, the sculpture garden and much more.

Newly listed and fully remodeled, this beautiful waterfront offers 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. The kitchen, breakfast table and living area are open concept. With several seating areas, guests can spend time all together or spread out and enjoy the game table, smaller groupings of seating, and a large smart-TV. This airy, bright house has lots of natural light throughout! There is free high-speed WiFi in the house.

The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked and offers Thermador appliances and spacious counters, making Martin's Landing the ideal location to relax with friends and family.

With a two queen beds in a spacious main-level bedroom and three bedrooms upstairs, the house offers guests privacy during their stay. Every bedroom has its own bathroom ensuite.

The upstairs master bedroom has a river view, a private den area to lounge or to work. At the end of the day, take a nice long bath in the jetted soaking tub.

Martin's Landing faces west and offers fabulous sunset views across the Saint Leonard Creek. The spacious private dock is the perfect place to launch your water toys, sip on your morning coffee and evening beverage, or read a book lounging in the breeze -- all while listening to the sounds of nature. Osprey, Bald Eagles and Great Blue Heron are regulars on the Creek.

For the times you don't feel like cooking, Martin's Landing is a 5 minute walk to Vera's Restaurant and Marina. Or hop in your car and enjoy the local restaurants in Lusby or Solomon's Island.

Kayaks and a paddle board are provided for guests to use. Very Important note: There is no lifeguard. You swim, kayak, paddle board at your own risk. Please properly stow away water toys after use. Lifejackets are provided and highly recommended!!

A complete picnic basket is in the kitchen pantry for you to use and enjoy at the local beaches, parks or on the dock. Please be sure to clean, dry and return all the items to the basket for the next guests to use.

Peaceful retreat in SoMd
The house was incredible. My husband loved the master shower! The kids enjoyed the beach and swimming. Our youngest son (39) paddled the creek in the kayak. Our oldest son was able to dock his boat. The house had so many amenities. The kitchen was well stocked. There were games and books for all ages. We hope this home is available whenever we go back to visit family. Thank you, Victoria, for being so gracious!

We booked a long weekend for our daughter’s graduation from St Mary’s. The house was beautiful and so spacious for our adult children and grandchildren to all be in one location without feeling cramped. We loved having the fire pit and room to throw a football around. Memories at Martin’s Landing
Martin’s Landing is a little piece of heaven! The house and property are more beautiful than we imagined. We loved every aspect from the gorgeous kitchen, to the incredible master suite with soaking tub, to the dock where we spent countless hours. Victoria went above and beyond and always answered my messages in a timely manner! Thank you for allowing us the privilege of staying at Martin’s Landing - we hope to be able to stay again in the future!

Amazing stay for our family!
This house was perfect for our extended family of 12 to stay for my dads birthday weekend. Super clean, very roomy, amazing kitchen, and gorgeous view! We walked up the street to Vera’s and drove to town for ice cream and groceries. Victoria was in touch and we had everything we needed. We caught lots of fish and enjoyed s’mores around the campfire. We even saw Eagles, hawks, a duck family and a stingray. We used the kayaks. Plenty of parking. Thank you very much!

Summer crabbing trip
No crabs at for 4 days of our stay, not fault of owner. Owner was readily in touch and allowed us to stay 1 hr late from checkout however she accused me of over staying for several hours and threatened to call sheriff's office if property was not vacated immediately via telephone call ( she left angry message). I learned about this after the fact. She didnt realized I still have one day to stay, we only left to go to museum. She found out on her own that she made a mistake and apologized via email. But hurtful things were said and done. I didnt even asked to be reimbursed in the gas tank i have to buy as it was empty not to mention it was dirty and we have to clean it. House was gorgeous was it was also expensive! If there were crabs i would'nt mind the other inconveniences and bad rap from owner.

Beautiful stay
This property has so much to offer. Every bedroom has its own bathroom. Bath in primary bedroom is a spa-type bathroom with jetted tub and separate multi-jet shower. You can see the gorgeous view of the river from several rooms. The use of kayaks with a kayak launch was fabulous. We were a group of 8 women that enjoyed a relaxing and fun weekend which was a welcome respite from our hectic lives. We sat on the dock and read and chatted. The umbrella provided shade when wanted. The kitchen has high-end appliance. Everything you need to have a relaxing and fun adventure is here. The owner was great with responding quickly when a couple of things came up. Highly recommend this property.
