A newly renovated waterfront cottage with a warm charming appeal capture the unique features of this 1965 home. Take in the beautiful view of Brooks Cove, an inlet off of Mill Creek, from the large wrap around porch while enjoying the morning sunrise. There are two security cameras on the property to ensure our safety. The first camera is situated on the front corner of the house, facing the driveway. The second camera is mounted on the beam above the porch, facing the fire pit and the dock. Both cameras have their audio turned off, and they don’t face inside the property.
