« Historic villa property beautifully restored in an amazing location with amazing view. Lunch and dinners on the covered veranda. Would have been better if bath for second bedroom were not down the hall. The owner was wonderful. At our request arranged for a private chef to come to the villa which was lots of fun, and delicious. She also arranged for restaurant reservation for the evening we arrived. Owner communication was excellent! We loved our stay!!! »

« Schönes, stilvolles Haus - aber leider nicht gut erhalten (bspw Toilettenspülung teils defekt, Klopapierhalter fiel ab). Service war, obwohl sehr bemüht und sehr nett, nicht gut - bspw war Frühstück, welches für 8h bestellt war, teils erst 30min später bereit - und wurde mit schlechten Ausreden begründet (bspw „Dienstags ist es schwer, Brot zu kriegen“). »

« The property is in a beautiful location right on the lake, but maintenance and management left much to be desired. When we first arrived I emailed the person at the management company and copied the two gentleman that the info in the unit said I should contact a couple questions and was ghosted. « The villa was beautiful! Had two balconies to chose from which both overlooked the lake. The bathroom was modern and even had a sauna inside. Parking can be slightly difficult to find but we were lucky during our stay to find spaces not too far away from the villa »

« Très cher, mais vraiment excellent et simple avec le locataire pour l’arrivée, durant ainsi que la préparation pour le départ. Y a juste le Wifi qui est zéro de chez zéro et pas de réseau natel sur l’ensemble de la propriété. La musique à fond durant toute la durée du week-end et aucune plainte des voisins, c’était juste magique. De plus, Milan n’est pas loins, 45’ en voiture 👌🏻 Merci encore c’était top »

« We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Matisa!! The house was a perfect place for me and my friends while we were visiting Lake Como.
