Lunna House Built from about 1660 for the Hunter family and lairds of Lunnasting, the earlist known was Robert Hunter, Chamberlain of the Lordship of Zetland.

Beach of East Lunna Voe The photo is taken south of Lunna Kirk. The building appears to be deserted - perhaps an old farm? Erosion of the hillside behind the beach is evident from the exposed face with minor slips.

Fishing Booth ruin Used in the past to store dry fish such as Cod and Ling. The fish were stored on ground level with accommodation above. The beach below the Booth is partially man-made and it was there that the fish were split and laid out to dry in the sun.

Bon séjour à Lerwick
TrÚs bon emplacement proche du centre de Lerwick, mais facile pour garer la voiture. La chambre est spacieuse et le lit confortable. Le petit déjeuner est continental mais agrémenté de gùteaux faits maison et de salade de fruits frais

Comfortable and convenient place to stay in a quiet area of downtown Lerwick. I did not have a car and could walk to local bus, restaurants, shops, groceries. I was very happy with my two-week stay and would stay there again. James and Mandy were excellent hosts.
