A few miles off MA Route 2, and 3.5 miles to commuter rail Fitchburg line MBTA train to Wachusett, Devens, Concord, Waltham, Cambridge, Boston. Farms all round.

AC and heat are included. Washer/dryer off kitchen. Gas Weber grill. Rowboat with life jackets. Fishing pole and tackle box. Solo stove firepit and adirondack chairs.
