« Toilet seats in the master bedroom was stained with pee!!! Poor housekeeping in my point of view (yucks!). In addition, there were all sorts of stains on the floor of the bathrooms. Lack of attention in the bathroom it seems. The AC was noisy on and off every 10 mins (ticketing and whooshing sounds) in the master bedroom. Kitchen ac also noisy (loud fan blower). « Hotel's ground floor is nice, simple & with the unique lift. However, there's ants on the walls, not sure why. Stayed for one night. - Location is great as it's near the famous Night Market & a supermarket next door. - A nice cosy coffee shop nearby. »

« Address of property took us to a building site. We have raised this with Hotels.com who are investigating. »
