Welcome to Colmegna, a picturesque hamlet of Luino, where you will find a charming apartment located on the top floor of a historic villa, just a few steps from the shores of Lake Maggiore. The accommodation, accessible only via stairs (no elevator), can host up to four guests and features a bright living room with two sofa beds, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private bathroom.

Although the apartment does not have a private balcony, guests can enjoy a large shared terrace inside the villa—perfect for relaxing outdoors, admiring the lake view, and spending pleasant moments in the open air. A lovely shared garden is also available for all guests.

The property is just a 5-minute drive from the center of Luino, famous for its historic Wednesday market. Its strategic position makes it easy to explore both the Italian and Swiss sides of Lake Maggiore, with quick connections to renowned destinations such as Lugano, Ascona, and Bellinzona, all about 20 minutes away by car.

Only 100 meters from the apartment, you will find a small sandy beach with swimming access, ideal for families with children. It’s the perfect place to enjoy a refreshing swim in the lake or simply relax in the sun.
