Kettlebrook ski-in/out condo w/ a newly updated kitchen and fully renovated bath

• This ski in/out two bedroom/one bathroom condo is located in the Kettlebrook community on Okemo Mountain. This condo is perfect for families and friends alike.
• Whether you are inside the living room, the primary bedroom or relaxing on the balcony, guests will be treated to views of skiers and snowboarders tackling the newest terrain park at Okemo (Gordon's Garden) just steps from the door.
• The living room offers a very warm and inviting setting for anyone interested in playing one of the 18 different board games or puzzles available (ex. Kids Charades, Pictionary, Connect Four, Twister, Cards Against Humanity etc). The living room also has a brand new LG Smart TV with Apple TV capability above the fireplace. The kitchen was updated in 2023 and has all of the essentials one would need for cooking a full meal or baking some apres ski desserts. The bathroom was fully renovated in 2023 and now has a walk-in shower with a retro fit rain shower head with a handheld extension AND heated flooring.
• The primary bedroom has a king sized bed with an adjustable base as well as a small desk under the window by the foot of the bed, just in case you need to get some work done... with a view.
• The secondary bedroom has 1 bunkbed and 1 toddler bed. If the toddler bed is not needed, it can be removed. Please note that the bunk beds are not in front of any windows.
• Additional Sleeping; The living room couch doubles as a full/queen sized sofa bed.
• Additional Notes; Entry to the unit is done through a Schlage keypad with an expiration date/time assigned to the private access code guests receive. The wood burning fireplace is temporarily inoperable. The heat is controlled through a Nest thermostat, so the unit will be warm and ready for you upon arrival. There is one free parking pass.
• Mountain Dining Notes; This unit is less than 1 minute from the Waffle Cabin and less than 1 minute from the Sugar House. Of course, given this location, you can always ski home for a warm meal or snack and get right back out there when done.
• Mountain Lift Access; Kettlebrook is located by the AB Quad. The AB Quad takes you to the base of the mountain, aka The Clocktower. For those interested in getting first tracks, please note that you can access the Sunburst Six (high speed lift to the top of the mountain) by skiing/boarding straight across from the unit and past the Sugar House without skiing down to the AB Quad.
