House with Private Pool and Garden in Tuscany

The Pergola - One of the 4 apartments at Casal Gheriglio, an Agriturismo located at the foot of the town of Lucignano. We offer a recently built structure with all modern comforts and the tradition of Tuscan style, providing an all-encompassing Tuscan experience. Our location serves as a strategic point for venturing into the most touristically significant places in Tuscany. We are close to Siena, Montepulciano, Arezzo, Florence, Montalcino, Cortona, Pienza, Perugia, Castiglion Fiorentino, and the Terme di Rapolano.

Space:
The apartment features a spacious private garden with a pergola equipped with lights, table, and chairs for enjoying outdoor meals during the summer. At the entrance, there is a lounge with a fireplace and a kitchen with a table for indoor dining. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for cooking and meal preparation. A corridor separates the living area from the sleeping area, where you find the house's bathroom (with shower, toilet, and washing machine) and the two bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds—both bright and spacious.

Other things to note:
Our guests have a dedicated covered private parking space. The swimming pool is completely fenced and surrounded by a hedge for privacy, set in a large garden with a play area (table football and billiards).
