Choose this exclusive location to experience a journey in Tuscany, relax by the pool, and simultaneously immerse yourself in the flavors and colors of distant lands. Mexico, Africa, Indonesia, Europe coexist under one roof, in a unique and wonderful villa at your disposal. The garden pool is truly a pleasant bonus!

Space:
The entire villa is for the exclusive use of guests, including the pool with dimensions of 3.84x6.34 and a depth of 1.20 meters. The private parking area behind the house will also be shown upon arrival. The villa is located in a countryside area, easily accessible by car. The spaces are very comfortable, creating a beautiful atmosphere. The furnishings are inspired by the Japandi style, evoking earth tones, minimal and sober lines, natural fabrics, and colors. The French doors of the terrace make this location very romantic, and we can assure you (because we've tried it ourselves!) that having breakfast early in the morning in this space of the house, with the scent of jasmine flowing from the balcony, is truly relaxing and romantic...

The internal restyling project aims to narrate the life of the young owner, a photographer and videomaker with a global citizen perspective, based in Parma. He wanted to share with you, our guests, his family home to which he is deeply attached. For this reason, we ask you to experience it with your family, fully respecting the decors you will find. The wallpapers adorning some walls come from England and are highly prized. We deliberately freed up many spaces to let each environment breathe and not weigh down your stay too much with unnecessary furnishings, but you will gradually find some memories of Lorenzo, who, returning from his travels, will continue to kindly leave here :)

Access for Guests:
You can reach the villa from the paved main road, and the private parking space is in the olive grove near the house.

Other Things to Note:
The villa underwent restyling in spring 2023, and the pool was added at the end of June; you will find it in perfect working order and in its basic form. The restyling project also includes a final coating that will be applied at the end of the season. We hope you can enjoy this wonderful place soon!

The garden around the pool has suffered a bit due to the works, but even now (July 2023), it is returning to its natural beauty (although the grass around the pool may not have perfectly grown due to the dry heat of this season). The beautiful jasmine will delight you with its intense scent and flowers, and our gardener will ensure grass cutting and care of green spaces throughout the season without invading their privacy.

You will see from the photos a neighboring house painted in pink, but no one currently lives there, so you will be alone without neighbors :)

All furnishings have been enriched with high-quality English fabrics and wallpapers, so please be careful, especially if you have children, to avoid any damage. The children's room has been designed to create a harmonious and fun space for them, with bright lights and colors, along with a small play area without sharp edges.

You will also find a telescope, old vintage items, and handmade rugs, all items that owner Lorenzo wanted to leave to share with you the taste of his travels around the world.

If you are business travelers, you will have a beautiful studio at your disposal, with relaxing furnishings and beautiful light coming from the romantic terrace with French doors right in front of you. Working remotely here is a truly pleasant experience.

REMINDER: The cleaning cost also includes bed and bath linen for each guest, as well as soap and shower foam kits.
