Calling all Red Raiders and visitors! This beautifully updated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home in the highly sought-after Tech Terrace neighborhood is the perfect base for all things Texas Tech. Fully renovated and thoughtfully designed, this space combines modern comfort with a convenient location to make your stay in Lubbock seamless and enjoyable.

INSIDE THE HOME

Bedrooms: Both bedrooms feature comfortable queen-sized beds, nightstands with bedside lamps, and ample storage, including closets and dressers.

Living Room: Relax on the cozy sofa while enjoying the 65" smart TV. Please use your own streaming logins. The sofa can also accommodate one extra guest—let us know in advance, and we'll provide additional bedding.

Kitchen & Dining: The fully equipped kitchen has an electric stove, microwave, pots, pans, and utensils—everything needed to prepare a home-cooked meal. The dining area seats six, with additional seating for four at the bar.

Bathrooms: Each bathroom includes a tub/shower combo, vanities, and plenty of towels, hand towels, and washcloths.

Laundry: A washer and dryer are available for your convenience.

OUTDOOR AMENITIES

The fenced backyard is perfect for pets or enjoying a bit of fresh air.

Guest Access & Interaction

Entry is hassle-free with a keypad code provided three days before your stay. Please lock the door using the keypad only, not the bottom lock.

While the city lacks robust public transportation, ride-share options like Uber and Lyft are available. For the best experience, having your own vehicle is recommended. Major nearby streets include University and 34th. Parking is easy, with space for 2-3 cars in the driveway.
