"We had a great stay! The condo was well appointed and large with a great view from the balcony. The condo grounds are 1st class, loved the pool and can walk down the stairs to the private beach! Joe the owner was extremely helpful and informative. We will be back! Steve G."

"We had a wonderful time at this condo, well placed and plenty of restaurants within a walking distance. Mullet beach is a 10 min. walk. John was a great host and replied very quickly to our needs unlike many others that are listed today."

The Perfect Location With Right Amount of Room
"We had 2 families of four stay at the penthouse. Everything was clean and well stocked. The location was convenient to Maho and the beaches. Truly a wonderful vacation. Next time we will be staying longer at this property. Thank you again John and Stacey for being such wonderful hosts!"

pleasure trip
"this location was perfect for us. the condo has an amazing view and walking distance to great food. we travelled all over the island and preferred our location the best. our favorite no fuss eatery was "the pizza lady" at IN and OUT. best shawarma in town and great pizza."

"My wife and I stayed for eight weeks from mid December to Mid February, 2023. Pros: great view, clean, easy check in, very little bugs. Cons: very loud noise from planes from 7am - 8PM. Music is very loud at Sandbar and Mykonos. Mykonos has loud techno music till 3am on weekends, can't sleep, noise ..."
