« lovely breakfast clean »

« Serviced Room rather than a hotel but no problem in finding it and gaining access! Excellent for comfort and cleanliness with good shower! »

« Very characterful and unique - little bits of history all over the place, and nice big sitting rooms to relax in. »

« Lovely big bathroom , very comfortable bed. Parking wasn’t a problem at all as parking right outside on the street . »

« How lovely. A bit dated but wonderful staff who couldn’t have been more helpful and charming. A lovely room. Exceptionally clean. Beautiful setting. And amazing breakfast. I have stayed before and their standards are just as high. Fully recommend. »

« Great holiday base. Loved the cinema room. Could do with a second fridge for drinks. That would make it perfect. »

« Had a great time in The Little House, perfect location for me and my dog. The sandy/grassy area before the beach is perfect for an active canine, and beyond the beach stretches as far as the eye can see in either direction. I did think the accommodation had wifi (an oversight on my part), but that wasn't a big problem. Great TV with Freeview - tho there is a knack to getting the handset the work - you need to know where to aim it! If I went again I would take a head torch and my dog's flashing...

« Lovely house and lovely location. Two mins to the Jolly Sailors pub and three mins to the beach. Lots to explore in Suffolk and Norfolk, so idea location. »

« Great space and location. Had a couple of issues with water temperature in one shower being too hot and not adjustable. House also needed a better cleaning. Lots of cobwebs and spiders. »
