Room fan very poor, very little air coming out even at high speed.
Complimentary bodywash and shampoo so small not worth open the packed. »

« When we arrived i bokjed us in and paid before check in and got key everthing fine got shown our room ,then went out with husband and our kids at night getting a fone call from manager saying i had to get out room as i hadnt booked the potion room which i had and i would have to get out that room in the morning , long story short had to go back n proof i had booked the potion room so didnt have to leave n that the wizardry had been double booked, manager didnt have a clue what was going on he...
