Wake up to breathtaking lake and mountain views from the upstairs serene master suite, where comfort meets natural beauty. Featuring a cozy queen bed, access to a private balcony, and a telescope for stargazing or birdwatching, this room invites you to relax and unwind. Modern touches include a sleek ensuite bathroom with dual vanities, a walk-in shower, and plush amenities. Whether you're sipping morning coffee while watching the sunrise or winding down with a glass of wine under the stars, this master retreat makes every moment unforgettable.

On the main level of the home, guests can relax and take in the beautiful panoramic views of the lake. The comfortable living room and expansive deck provide the perfect space to unwind and enjoy the scenery. With two bedrooms, everyone can have a cozy place to rest. The kitchen allows for convenient meal preparation, and the full bath ensures the comfort of the guests.

The lower level offers a spacious family room, as well as two sets of bunk beds (Twin bed on top, Full sized bed on bottom) which make it a great spot for guests to have their own space and enjoy their stay.

For outdoor activities, the private waterfront pier, dock and deck offer a convenient and enjoyable area for lounging, swimming, and, of course, fishing. Guests can easily access the water and spend their time casting lines and trying their luck at catching some bass or catfish.

The combination of comfortable indoor spaces, stunning lake views, and private access to the water makes it an ideal location to relax and enjoy the beauty of Clear Lake.

Clear Lake has World Class fishing for Largemouth Bass; Crappie; Bluegill; SunïŹsh. Channel, Blue and Yellow CatïŹsh. Come join us for one of the 20 plus fishing tournaments held each year.
If you feel like a day or afternoon away, Discover California’s hidden Wine Country. Lake County has deep roots in wine grape growing with the first vines planted in the 1870’s. Today there are over 8,400 acres of vineyards. Wines from Lake County have recently been featured in Wine Spectator, Decantor and Food and Wine magazines. Take a tour of local wineries without the crowds of Napa and Sonoma before the rest of the world discovers this growing wine region. With up and coming wineries such as Brassfield Estate, Gregory Graham and Vigilance just to name a few.

Great Setup

It worked out perfectly for us. Really close to the lake. Spectacular views! Kitchen was fully stocked and the AC worked great, especially since it was over 100 every day! The house also had games and puzzles to keep the kids entertained. The ONLY negative is the lake itself and that has nothing to do with this property. The amount of algae in the lake is insane. It’s such a beautiful area and hopefully something is done to clean up that water, absolutely disgusting. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone heading to Clearlake!

Bass Alley

We rented this get away to be close to our uncle who had a surprise 80th Birthday party. There were 5 of us. The house is newly remodeled inside, and has a walkway down to the dock. We had rain so we didn't get to enjoy the lake. We had a wonderful weekend!

Fall getaway

Overall one of the better places I have stayed. Comfortable beds, nicely articles kitchen, but could use some new frying pans. Only draw back is hot water heater only lasts for one short shower. Couldn’t fill the tub for a bath. That maybe a problem for more people. There were just two of us.

Lake access difficult, no swimming

Communication was great with property company however the location was much harder to get to than anticipated. Long narrow dirt roads off the main road and the house is not in a nice neighborhood. We went to fish and were able to, but it is very difficult to get to the dock from the house and had some loose boards. We also could not see the dock from the house to watch the kids. The water in the lake is poor and we were advised not to swim in it. Very few boats or people were on the water. Owner should fix the railing leading down the stairs. The first mounting is broken and someone could easily fall. Rental suited our needs for the quick trip however we will not be back.

Beautiful house quite secluded

Loved the house, plenty of room. Spent a long weekend there on a fishing trip. Short but steep walk to the water. Easy if you’re in shape. Tons of spiders and webs surrounding the dock area, but that’s pretty typical of Clearlake. About a 15 minute drive from town to the house on a small windy road. A little more work on the surrounding property and this could really be an outstanding stay. Overall happy with the stay.

The house really nice, very clean, it’s like 3 rooms, not 2 rooms, roomy.

Nice get away, beautiful views of the water, 4 nice size Beds, quite, we really in joyed this place, hard to find at first, better if you follow Map Quest to the end, the dock is ok, if your in your 50 and out of shape, the walk can be little to much.
