« Stayed 13 days perfect location and this was our second stay at Cudjoe Cottages. Was able to dock boat here but had to put in at Cudjoe Gardens marina, just 5 minutes away. Basic old school Florida key’s cottages,clean and inexpensive. Nice community pool also. Definitely will stay again. »

« Great place to get away. House and property were nice. If your bring a boat, you have to watch the tides. Flats or a smaller bay boat will be fine. Had a 21 foot center console. Low tide you just have to take it slow out to the channel. Great options for docking your boat. A lot of space for boat trailers. Location of property is nicely situated. »

« Overall, my family had a great time staying at this location. We enjoyed using the pool and kayaks. It didn’t have an actual paddle board as stated and my daughter was disappointed with that. My husband really enjoyed fishing from the dock. He caught a variety of fish. The house was clean and modern. Plenty of space for us. There was a variety of products available at the home for us to use. Lactation isn’t too far from Key West. We would definitely stay here again ‘ »

« I will begin with the hard spots first. The Aria room is in attic on third floor is at the top of a very narrow steep spiral staircase. I am a fairly fit 60 yo 5’7 man and the steps were not easy for me or my wife to navigate. Also the bathroom is on the cramped side. There is a shower but the roof slopes so low that a bath in the tub is much more comfortable. Older wider less agile folks should choose another room. Now the good parts… this property was wonderful. Our attic room was spacious...
