Bedrooms: The home provides three restful, private bedrooms, each continuing the relaxed coastal theme. The primary room is a peaceful retreat with its own private ensuite.



Bathrooms: The convenient setup includes one bathroom, one ensuite, and a separate toilet. This thoughtful configuration provides excellent amenity access for all guests.



Enjoy the expansive, all-weather covered deck, essentially an outdoor living room! It’s the ultimate coastal gathering point, featuring multiple cozy zones for unwinding, including a casual bar area, a comfy lounge space, plus a handy outdoor shower and BBQ grill.

Guest Access



Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire house, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, the fully equipped kitchen, living areas, and all outdoor spaces, including the deck, and the outdoor shower.

Getting Around



A car is recommended to fully explore the Tamar Valley and nearby Launceston (approx. 45-minute drive).

The Kanamaluka Trail offers a great option for walking or cycling directly into George Town (approx. 5km).

Limited local bus services operate between Low Head and George Town for basic connections.



House Rules



We kindly ask you to observe a few simple rules during your stay:



Respect the Peace: Please keep noise to a minimum between 10 pm and 7 am to ensure our neighbours enjoy a quiet night.

No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the house. Please use the outdoor area and dispose of all cigarette butts responsibly.

TLC: Please treat our beautiful coastal home with the same care and respect you would your own.



Note: For security purposes, a surveillance camera is installed outside on the deck pergola. The property has no interior cameras.
