Toilet has no ventilation, odours will spread throughout the accommodation
Make sure you take photos when you leave, so able to provide when accused of breakages

« We were in skegness a little earlier, but it was a bit rainy day .
Aramide let as ceck in bit earlier then schedule, as the flat was ready and she didn't want us to hang around in the rain.
Thank you Aramide for that.
Olso the flat was clean and confortable, I can't fault any part of the experience.
Raccomend any time. »

« It was the cheapest option available on Expedia. Location was absolutely perfect. All the main shops were 7-10 minutes walk from my apartment. Beach was on 8 min walk. Room was reasonably clean. No problem with checking in. Nice quiet spot for rest after the full day of excitement. Can’t complain about anything for the price I paid. With little bit of TLC the owner can get double the amount of money. »

« When I arrived after a long drive we couldn’t wait to check in my first notice was the image of where I thought we was staying was actually next door, as we approached the building the front door window had been smashed we then went to check in only to realise we had been given the wrong code to get the key and had to get the help of the guy boarding up the window to help us. « The heating wasnt working so we had to call up and turns out, the heating for the whole building was out so at 11pm we had to switch from cattle market to church lane apartment where we finally had heating but we were freezing. »
