The Space:
This villa is a special place to stay, offering a feeling of luxury, space, and privacy. Inside Villa Pinhal Luxa, there is a fully equipped kitchen with appliances including a dishwasher, juicer, microwave, coffee maker, oven, fridge freezer, electric hobs, kettle, toaster, and sandwich toaster. Villa Pinhal Luxa certainly has everything you need, with a separate utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, and ironing board! With a lovely, spacious, open-plan living and dining room. The dining table seats fourteen people, and the living area is very comfortably furnished.

All rooms are oriented to the south, have plenty of wardrobe space, have direct access to the garden terrace, and are equipped with a safe and air conditioning. Rooms one to five are on the ground floor. Rooms one and two are ideal for families, they are located together and have a family bathroom with a shower, bath, and double sink. The first bedroom has a double bed, and the second bedroom has twin beds, which can be prepared as a double bed upon prior request. The remaining rooms on this floor all have twin beds that can be made up into double beds if required. (please just ask) and each has its own en-suite. While rooms six and seven are on the lower level, both rooms benefit from natural light.

Villa Pinhal Luxa has a great games room with a pool table, perfect for those holiday tournaments!

The patio doors lead directly to the terrace with a pool measuring 105 metres square. Pool heating is possible with temperatures between 29º and 30º (at a supplement cost of £750 per week). The large private swimming pool measures approximately 15 x 7 metres. There are ten sun loungers on the terrace and a ping pong/table tennis table. The outside BBQ area can accommodate twenty people seated in the vibrant gardens, perfect for al fresco dining! There are electric gates and private parking.

The luxurious spa and gym area, has a supplement of £300 per week should you wish to use it. This includes the steam room, sauna, shower room, jacuzzi, running machine, and multi-trainer gym, it is the perfect place to work out and relax!

The Vilamoura golf courses are just a few minutes drive, with the Dom Pedro Pinhal Golf Course, and the Dom Pedro Old Course, Laguna and Millennium courses. The location for your golfing holiday could not be better! The vibrant marina of Vilamoura

The exclusive residential area of Pinhal Velho is only a few minutes drive from the buzz of the marina and its shops, restaurants, bars, casino, and beach club.

Vilamoura offers a wide range of leisure and sports activities with five golf courses, including the championship Victoria course on your doorstep, where the Portuguese Masters is held; a tennis club with 12 outdoor courts, a horse-riding centre as well as yachting, water sports, and much more.
