Incroyable villa spacieuse de 4 chambres avec piscine privée chauffée.

Cette fantastique villa a subi une rénovation complète et le résultat final est un superbe pad luxueux et spacieux de quatre chambres doubles avec piscine privée chauffée.

La villa est située sur son propre terrain avec une piscine privée chauffée, un parking hors rue, une télévision par satellite, la climatisation et une cuisine entièrement équipée avec micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle et lave-linge dans un excellent emplacement. La célèbre marina de Vilamoura avec ses nombreux bars et restaurants est à seulement 15 minutes à pied.

La grande salle à manger de la cuisine ouverte moderne est parfaite pour se divertir et donne une grande sensation d'espace. La grande table à manger peut accueillir 10 personnes, les portes coulissantes donnent sur le jardin et le patio, ce qui est parfait pour les repas en plein air.

Deux chambres ont des lits king size, les deux autres chambres peuvent être configurées soit en lits jumeaux, soit en lits king size à votre demande. Toutes les chambres ont des armoires sur mesure et s'ouvrent sur une terrasse donnant sur le jardin et la piscine. Toutes les chambres disposent de la climatisation, d'un sèche-cheveux et des serviettes de piscine sont fournis.

Détendez-vous, détendez-vous et profitez du soleil sur l'un des transats luxueux au bord de la piscine, ou échappez-vous vers l'une des nombreuses terrasses de la villa, y compris une fabuleuse terrasse sur le toit. Les espaces extérieurs sont très spacieux avec de l'ombre naturelle et des terrasses couvertes.

Une voiture n'est pas indispensable car la marina et les commodités locales, y compris le supermarché, la banque et la pharmacie, sont à 10-15 minutes à pied. La plage la plus proche (Falesia) est à environ 2 km et la plage de Quarteira est tout aussi proche.

Dans les environs immédiats de Vilamoura, il y a de nombreux sports et activités à pratiquer, y compris 5 terrains de golf, mini-golf, pêche en haute mer, voile, équitation, sports nautiques, parc aquatique, tennis, boules de gazon, karting, football et loisirs locaux centre.

Wonderful villa

This is a beautiful villa in a lovely setting. The pool is a great size and depth. Our grandchildren loved being in it - tough to get them out! Very well equipped and lots of space. Loved it and highly recommend! Dermot was brilliant a communication.

A perfect spacious villa for groups

We stayed at the villa as a group of 7 friends celebrating an upcoming wedding. Dermot was great throughout the process, happily answering some questions we had prior to booking and then ahead of our visit, right through to while we were there. He responded quickly and did everything to make our stay perfect.The villa is amazing! Communal areas are spacious and well thought out with comfortable furniture which gives plenty of space for everyone to hang out together. The outside space was beautifully maintained and the perfect sun trap to enjoy the Portuguese weather. Bedrooms are all a good size with the flexibility to set up as single beds in 2 of the rooms if required and the bathrooms were great. The additional bathroom downstairs was really useful.The location was perfect for us, peaceful and safe but still walkable to a couple of supermarkets and the Vilamoura Marina and surrounding area. We used Ubers on a number of occasions and this was easy and a good price. We would 100% recommend the property and would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you Dermot!

Lovely family holiday

We had a great time at this villa for a family birthday. Dermot was super helpful and was very quick to reply and help with any queries we had. Location is a nice 15/20min walk down the marina but with Uber it was only a 5 minute drive. Would recommend spending the additional cost for pool heating. We hired a car because we had a little one but not needed. Villa was very clean and tidy and photos matched reality. Would stay here again.

Great villa and location

We were initially concerned about the salt water pool, we needn’t have been as you could hardly tell. The villa is lovely, it was perfect for what we wanted. 4 good sized bedrooms all with air conditioning. Kitchen was adequately equipped. And walking distance to local shop and the marina with great restaurants. The host was excellent he responded to my messages quickly and the 1 issue I had (regarding the safe) was dealt with within half hour. I would highly recommend this villa and I’m certain we’ll be back.

Fabulous Villa

I would recommend this villa to everyone. Its even better than the listing suggests. 1 Host communication was first class. From the questions we asked before we booked, through the other queries leading up to our holiday, and the reports we made of minor issues while we were there, Dermot always responded very quickly- usually within 10 minutes . 2 Villa was immaculately clean and tidy when we arrived. It was very well equiped and had everything we needed. 3 we were a family group of 8, from 70 down to 5 and 2 years old. Stayed for 7 days June 2024. Kids (of all ages!) loved the pool. Was great to eat outside all the time in peaceful garden. 4 Location is good - about 20 minutes walk down to marina. Cab back about 3 to 4 euros if you dont like the walk! 5 overall we had a great week in a fantastic holiday home.

Fantastic villa!

We had a lovely stay at the property. Even though the pictures on the website look amazing, on arrival the villa, garden and pool exceeded expectations. The Villa was spotless on arrival and is fully equipped which meant a relaxing and enjoyable 1 week stay. I would definitely stay again if I returned to Vilamoura.

Excellent week in a brilliant villa

We travelled as a family of 8 (6 adults & 2 young children) and this villa had everything we needed! Pictures shown are exactly what you get when you arrive. The villa is spotless and comes with all the mod cons you would expect. Approx a 10 mins walk to local spar which has everything you need. Marina is approx 15 mins walk but took us slightly longer with two small children. Host was very helpful and quick to reply to any queries we had, both before travelling and when we were there. Would happily recommend to anyone and would also return. The only bad thing was having to leave to come back home.

Amazing holiday

Me and my family visited this villa for our summer holiday. The villa is amazing, so much space all the bedrooms are a really good size and living/kitchen area is great too and all clean. Pool size was great and bigger than expected. Spar located around a 10 minutes walk away. We used uber mostly which we found great 4 euros for a 4 seater taxi. Would highly recommend if your thinking of going to Vilamoura.

Fantastic Little Gem

We stayed at the Villa for 5 nights recently and everything about the Villa was perfect. The villa was roughly 25mins in a taxi from the airport, a ten min walk to the Marina, 20 or so minutes to VDL and similar to Albufeira - as a location - it is excellent. Inside the Villa, it is very modern, a lovely (we paid for heated) pool, Granite work tops and very modern. I highly recommend the villa and Dermot the host was excellent, offering clear instructructions and on hand at any point with any queries we had. Fantastic villa - will be returning.

Villa eith the X factor.

This villa was spacious, clean, beds comfortable and perfect for 3 families. 3 bathrooms and 5 toilets. Enough sun beds for everyone and table tennis a bonus which isn’t photographed in VRBO. Didn’t hire cars as Marina only 25 mins walk. Supermarkets about 15 mins so walked and got taxis back with heavy bags at 5 euros. Supermarket staff rang taxis for us too. Plenty of break out seating areas too. We called the rattan furniture outdoor area the VIP lounge! We paid extra for pool heating which was worth it in April even with fab weather. Would definitely recommend this place to other families. We were 6 adults and 2 kids but would easily take 8 adults.

Ladies break!

This villa is was amazing, very open plan and roomy making it very sociable for a group to stay in. It was nicely decorated and comfortable.The salt water pool was lovely and clean much better than a chlorinated one! Would definitely recommend this villa! Our host Dermot was quick to answer any questions and very helpful.

Family holiday

We are regular visitors to Vilamoura and picked this villa due to its location. It is a comfortable 10-15 minute walk to the marina. Everything about the villa is exactly as advertised. The communication with the villa owner prior to travel was excellent. Our travelling group was 6 adults and 2 children (3 and 1) and the villa was easily large enough for us. We had no need to contact the villa owner during our stay as everything was in such good condition, however we did have a conversation during the 2nd week of our stay just to check that things were ok. The pool heating was great and there were 8 really comfortable sun loungers with parasols which allowed us to spend a lot of time around the pool. I would have no hesitation in recommending this villa to any families looking for a fantastic place for their holiday.

The photos don’t do this lovely villa enough justice. Just returned from a 4 night stay with 5 ladies. The house was immaculate and furnished to a luxury standard, was fully equipped and added finishing touches completed it. Host super accommodating and housekeeping first class. It was a nice pleasant 15-20 minute walk into Vilamoura or the Old Village where there is an abundance of fabulous restaurants, many of which deliver if you want to make the most of this amazing villa.
