Living room, sitting room, a second sitting area off the kitchen, a full kitchen, and a dining area that seats all 16 at one table. Covered patio with mosquito netting for dinners that run long.

One on the main floor, one in the basement: pool table, ping pong, foosball, air hockey, arcade games, and board games.



THE GROUNDS: FIVE ACRES

- Private pickleball court with rackets and balls provided; the net rolls on and off the court

- Basketball court for pick-up games

- Heated in-ground pool, open Memorial Day through Labor Day

GUEST ACCESS

Both houses are yours, the main house and the carriage house, along with both courts, the pool in season, the covered patio, and the grounds. Pickleball equipment is in the main-floor laundry room.



Garages are not available to guests, including the one beneath the carriage house. Park in the driveway.
