We're located at 140 W Washington St, in the heart of Whiskey Row in downtown Louisville!



For loading/unloading luggage or other items, you can park your car in front of the entrance or in the nearby loading zone with flashers on. Please don't block the garage entrances!



There is paid street parking on 1st St, but the easiest option for longer periods is the Yum! Center parking garage under the overpass at the corner of W Washington and 2nd St -- it's $25 for overnight parking, but sometimes has surge pricing during events. Unfortunately, there isn't any free parking nearby, except at the street meters overnight and on Sundays.



Other Things to Note:

🔹 Should your itinerary call for an earlier arrival or a later departure, we are pleased to accommodate such requests when arranged in advance. Our standard check-in time is 4:00pm, with checkout at 10:00am; adjustments to our cleaning schedule to accommodate early check-in or late checkout carry a fee of 10% of the nightly rate per hour, with a minimum charge of $20 per hour.

🔹 A starter supply of essentials is provided upon arrival, including toilet paper, soap, and bed linens, along with room-darkening shades and an iron for guest convenience. Guests on extended stays should plan to replenish supplies as needed.

🔹 Bath towels, bed sheets, extra pillows and blankets, and hangers for clothing storage are provided throughout the stay, along with a free in-unit washer and dryer.

🔹 The full kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, a GE electric stove, oven, coffee maker, and baking sheet, along with complete dishes, silverware, and wine glasses at the dining table.

🔹 We recommend securing travel insurance to safeguard against unforeseen cancellations or weather-related disruptions, as all reservations remain subject to the listing's cancellation policy.
