Shelby Park is a slowly gentrifying area. That being said, when I lived here - I loved running to the park in the morning and doing laps while the kids played soccer in the field. We`re only 5 minutes away from the cuter trendier coffee shops and restaurants, and only 10 minutes from downtown. I felt safe here, but unsavory looking characters can sometimes walk around.

Located in a no-frills neighborhood with plenty of free street parking, you’re also just a short walk to a nearby park—ideal for morning runs, workouts, or a breath of fresh air.

For cancellations, refund amount will only be 96%, there will be a cancellation fee of 4% of the total reservation amount.
We love our guests and everything should be as smooth for all as possible. Just a few quick things to keep in mind:

Please keep things low-key during these hours to respect our neighbors.

🚭 No Smoking Indoors
Feel free to step outside if you need to smoke—just be mindful of ashes and butts and carrying smoke smells in with you. Cottony clothes will carry the smell in.

We love animals, but just need to take some extra steps with cleaning, so we need to know

👥 Registered Guests Only
For everyone`s safety, only guests on the reservation are allowed on the property. If you are having a temporary visitor, just give us a heads up on the timing. Overnight guests have to be added to the listing

This is a relaxing space, not a party pad—thank you for keeping it chill!
