Welcome to The Real Bourbon Street lofts—spacious short-term stays with an industrial-chic vibe, located in downtown Louisville’s historic Glassworks Building. Featuring 14-ft ceilings, 7-ft windows, and exposed beams, each loft blends modern comfort with vintage charm. The Nola has two-bedrooms with a total of three Queen beds and one Twin bed trundel.

TRBS is ideal for business or leisure, the different layout options can accommodate couples, small families, and large groups. Enjoy natural light, room to relax or work, and a prime location steps from restaurants, cafes, shops, galleries, and nightlife.

The Space:
Enjoy a fully furnished condo with high 14ft ceilings and large windows, offering an amazing view of the city.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire condo. Enjoy the convenience of a fully equipped kitchen, complete with cookware, dishes, and a coffee maker. The building offers secure access with a double-key fob entry, and an elevator provides easy access to the unit.

The Neighborhood:
Enjoy the city view in a secured building, located just blocks from the KFC Yum! Center, Kentucky Center for the Performing Arts, Muhammad Ali Center, Louisville Slugger Museum, 4th Street Live, Evans Williams Bourbon Distillery, 21c Hotel, 8up, Proof on Main and many others! The building is also walking distance to the Ohio River waterfront where you can enjoy a picnic and/or a breezy jog. You're only 10 minutes away from Historic Churchill Downs.

Getting Around:
Cabs and UBERs frequent the area and are readily available at your service. In addition, the city trolly and bus stops in front of the building. Free parking is available one block over (space is always available) and metered parking is available directly in front of the building (75 cents ph). Additionally, three parking garages and lots are also within the block for s low as $6 per day.
