Reserve the complete estate for the privacy and flexibility of two separate buildings: the 4-bedroom main home plus a detached guest suite with the fifth bedroom and extra room to relax, dine, play games, work remotely, or spend time together. Ideal for larger families, friend groups, and Louisville getaways. Whether you’re visiting for a tournament, concert, Derby weekend, family trip, celebration, or just a relaxing getaway, the house was intentionally designed to keep guests comfortable, entertained, and connected throughout their stay.
