Well-behaved dogs are welcome with prior approval.
Pet fee: $40 per night for up to two dogs maximum.
No cats: Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate cats due to owner allergies.
The nightly pet fee covers the extra cleaning required after a pet stay, not damages. Guests are responsible for any damage, excessive wear, or mess caused by their pets.
Please clean up after your dogs and keep them off furniture and bedding to help maintain our high cleaning standards.
🚭 Smoking
Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the home or on enclosed areas such as the porch or patio.
A $500 cleaning fee will be charged for each night of your reservation if smoking or vaping occurs indoors, plus any additional costs associated with damages or lost income (such as canceling the next reservation to perform deep cleaning).
Smoking is only permitted outdoors in designated areas, and all waste must be fully extinguished and disposed of safely.
🧺 Cleaning & Checkout
The home is professionally cleaned before each stay. We simply ask guests to tidy up before checkout — wash dishes, place used towels in the laundry area, and ensure all doors are locked upon departure.
If your stay includes Wednesday night, please roll the outdoor trash bin to the street for early Thursday morning pickup. This small step helps our cleaning team tremendously.

The house was very clean and nice, very welcoming. The host was very easy to converse with, always answered my questions in a timely manor. The house was very well stalked with everything a person would need to cook and enjoy some relaxation time. I’d definitely stay again. Close to many stores and restaurants if you choose to eat out, or buy food to cook.

Everything was fantastic! Well worth it! The only comment I have is to ensure if you plan on going to Louisville everyday, you will have to pay tolls on th way in and out of the city. Or take a sizable detour to avoid the toll.

Nice home
Good sized rooms and lots of items in the kitchen available for use. It even had dryer sheets and laundry soap. However, there was a full open trash can on the curb that smelled, the WiFi didn't work and then when it did it was extremely slow. There was not adequate silverware with only 3 spoons and forks and some cookware was dirty in the cupboards. It also might be helpful to have a bath mat as the wet floor was quite slippery. The silverware and WiFi issue was reported and not addressed by the owner. It was an okay stay, but the place can be improved with a bit of cleaning and adequate supplies for the amount of guests.

Nice place for a family to stay.

Very quaint house. We just needed some
Rooms for sleeping after exploring Louisville. Not within walking distance of anything, but everything was within a 10 minute drive. We were supplied with less than half a roll of toilet paper and zero paper towels but it wasn’t the end of the world. Beds were comfy and the house was clean!

We booked this house for family members coming in for a wedding in Louisville. It was a convenient location to be near Louisville but more affordable prices. Jeffersonville had all we needed for any shopping.
The house could have been a little cleaner for our preference but was still comfortable. Overall it served our purposes

Just enough
This was a beautiful house on the inside, but it is in an interesting area. Only three houses on the block, the one next door appeared as if they were setting it up for another vacation rental home, the other house appears to be a family house but the yard was very over grown so hard to see, across from the three houses is a brick, industrial building, so just a very odd place to have 3 random houses. The inside of those house was great but could definitely use a real deep cleaning, things like the shower door, corners of the bathroom, the couch, dusting etc. There is no where in the bedrooms to set your items. There are just shelves that already have things on them. We were only there for a few days so we made it work, but definitely could be frustrating if you are staying longer. Also no washcloths, just towels, and the hot and cold water in the shower are backwards.We got in super late the first night and one of us ended up taking a cold shower, I was going to reach out to the property manager before we figured out the dial was opposite. Overall it seems like they put work into updating the house but went the cheapest way possible when it came to furnishings or anything else. Again we made this all work, we were there for a quick trip and out of the house most of the time visiting family.
