« Located in an excellent area, business offices nearby, the outside of the building was nicely landscaped, appearing to hold a promise for a great stay. However, once inside, it quickly disappoints. The hallways had dehumidifiers, along with scent diffusers. Once in the room, I fully understood: musty odor, old stained carpet, the entire building needs a thorough deep cleaning inside & out. Stay if you must, we try 2 different rooms they both smelt bad. »

We were welcomed from the moment we stepped on the Marriott property and took away so much stress from what had been a pretty hectic arrival into Shreveport. Mercedes at the front desk was absolutely amazing in helping get our room prepared and secured early for us, answer questions and making sure we had everything we needed. « The room booked through expedia was not available. We were downgraded to the old rooms without compasation. When I realized it I insisted but no more rooms like ours were available. What's more, the rooms are dirty and noisy. »
