Beautiful Home!

We had 6 adults and 2 children (7&12) with my SILs parents and brother stopping out, at this house for our yearly long weekend trip. This house beyond met our expectations! Everything you could possibly need was there! 2 full kitchen and an extra bathroom out in the horse stalls! Everything was clean and beautiful! We spent most of our days outside at the outdoor living area and at night upstairs at the large gathering table and fireplace. We are a family that loves to play games and there were 3 large table areas for us! I cannot recommend this property enough! The host was so helpful and easy to get ahold of! Close to town maybe a 7 min drive to Mohican adventures!

We found this property and fell in love before we even arrived! Everything was clean and well kept. The hosts have thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable, from board games for the indoors, fishing equipment and outdoor games! Each floor had a fully functioning kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with plenty of towels and supplies. We spent our evenings outside with a fire gazing the moon and its reflection on the stocked pond. We can’t say enough positive things about Trails End Retreat, we will be back!

Fun time :)

We enjoyed our time on this beautiful property with resort style indoor and outdoor living spaces. Everything was clean and wonderfully prepared for our stay. The host was very thoughtful, kind, and hospitable. This was our yearly family vacation, and we had a great time. We would highly recommend to others and would love to return :) Thank you!

Deb was a fantastic host and great communicator. Most importantly, the place was spectacular, clean, and very well stocked with many necessities! Great time

Had a great time staying and enjoyed the view. The host was very nice and was very helpful if we needed anything. The house was very clean and more than enough room for everyone. The out door patio was everyone favorite spot to be . Would love to come back again.

Great for a family gathering!

Fantastic property for a gathering of family or friends. All kinds of sitting areas, inside and out — in the pavilion, on the sun porch around the fire pit, downstairs at the harvest table, in the family room area next to the outdoor kitchen, etc. Everything was just great. And clean as could be. What a pleasure it was to stay here.

We have stayed in many rental homes over the past ten years or so, and this was by far the cleanest and best equipped place we have ever stayed. It was also the most relaxing. We had a wonderful, peaceful long weekend.

Stress free weekend retreat

My wife and I was looking for a get away for our anniversary that allowed pets. We travel with our dogs and was very fortunate to find a place that was so clean and cozy and yet had plenty of room for our dogs to run around the pond and play. My wife fished for 3 straight days and caught over 30 fish while the dogs and I hit the trails located just 1.5 miles down the road. There is so much to do within a 8 mile radius that we would need a week or better to even try to fit stuff in. The house was super clean and had spectacular views of the land, pond and horses. We will be returning soon and would recommend this place to anyone wanting to relax and enjoy the outdoors and since the property is fenced in its also great for dogs and kids. Debra the owner of the property was so easy to work with and kept us informed about our stay. Thank you for a great weekend.

Peaceful Retreat

Trails End Retreat was just as advertised. It was the perfect getaway. Peaceful country stay, our host was excellant. My wife and I stayed with our 13 year old grandson and there was certainly enough things for him to do there to keep entertained as he was disconnected from his gaming for the weekend. It was also very clean.

Quiet getaway and great for dogs!

We had a great stay! Wonderful quiet place to stay and loved the pond and fenced yard for our dogs! Everything we needed was available and Debra was very responsive to our questions. Would absolutely stay again!

Gorgeous property

We had a fantastic long weekend here! The property is unbelievably gorgeous, quiet, and serene. We caught a ton of fish in the pond and our daughter loved looking at the horses (not sure what their real names are but she dubbed them Riley, Snappy (đŸ€·â€â™€ïž), and Carmack (đŸ€·â€â™€ïžđŸ€·â€â™€ïžđŸ€·â€â™€ïž)). We used the fire pit every night to cook our dinner; there's nothing better than a camp fire meal! The unit was spotless and the decor was beautiful. We would love to come back in a few years when our girls are a bit older (currently 3.75 years and 7 months) so that they could stay in the bunk house and we could stay in the main unit (the bunk house is a separate building and we didn't want them in a different building). Highly recommend!!

The pictures do not do this unique property justice! What a fantastic little getaway for our family. We traveled with two toddlers and we enjoyed ourselves so much. They loved waking up and looking at the "horsies". We relaxed and spent much time fishing in the pond and around the campfire. Whoever said mold was in the shower, doesn't know what mold is- because there was none. The unit was spotless. Debbie, the owner, was very quick to respond with any requests or needs. There is a new grill to use, along with a BlackStone. We will be returning, and we hope to bring our friends with their trailers!

Wonderful getaway!

Pics are deceiving. You only rent the basement. Mold in both showers. Everything is very sub par.

Not that nice. Sub par. Mold in showers. Loud fridge (next to pull out couch). Just over all wouldn’t return.

Birthday weekend

We stayed for my 40th birthday and to celebrate Father’s Day for my husband. Property was as described. Clean, quiet and exactly what we needed. Hubby enjoyed fishing in the pond. I enjoyed relaxing and watching. It was a nice getaway. The country setting was perfect!
