Chalets à Lott

« Service minimum, accueil moyen, et surtout climatisation qui ne fonctionne pas bien : il faisait froid dans la la chambre et ce n'est vraiment pas agreable ! »

« Hello do you think it's normal that I never received the code to enter my room when I had warned in advance that we were going to arrive late. After two hours of driving we arrived in front of the room without having the code we stayed 1h30 locked in our car because that night it was raining no one was there to give me the code I had not received it by email or by message I find it unacceptable because we were ready to spend the night in the car alone in a large parking lot until . We called...

« Établissement facile d'accès en bord de highway mais très bien insonorisé. Chambre spacieuse, propre, calme, lit confortable. Petit déjeuner correct. Nous y reviendrons. »

« For the price point it’s ok ,not great not bad . »

« This was a wonderful place for us to stop overnight on our way back from our vacation. Very quiet and peaceful. Much better than some chain hotel in the area. Thank you! »

« Bon petit déjeuner Chambre très propre Accueil très agréable »

« Prices are reasonable, but you get what you pay for. Carpets are filthy. Lights in bathrooms are very dim. Refrigerator not working and the floors surely have not been swept or mopped properly because there’s paper and hair on the floor. The rooms with no carpet are a bit more updated it seems (the flooring at least). Staff is very helpful, but this place needs some work. Breakfast is decent. »

« Pros; The rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Con: The breakfast is pretty much like a snack area. The hard boiled eggs and sausages are like rubber bouncy balls. It would be nice to have a cereal not covered in sugar, Busses and semis take all the parking spaces if you come in late at night. They should park across the street at the mall. »

« The room was very clean and the lady at the front desk was very helpful. »

« Très bien pour une nuit! Propreté acceptable. Déjeuner varié »

« Genial!! »

« Everything was great. »

« 1. I tried to check in 2 hours early. I have never been denied early check-in by any hotel I have been to. She said there are no king bed rooms ready. I told her I did not mind a room with 2 queens but I am going into a training from 2pm-8pm so I'd like to check in and freshen up. She said, no rooms at all were ready. Really? 2 hours before check-in, not 1 room ready? She offered no other options and was not sincere when she said she could not do anything for me. I asked if I could freshen up in...

« Excellent and in good condition »
