« Waited a long time to check in which was frustrating, standing in the lobby with my bags while no one was at the desk for a while, the person in front of me went back to their car. The staff was nice when they finally came back though. Room was dirty. Decided against using the shower which was very frustrating after a long day of traveling. Dog hair all over the seating in the room. Stains all over carpet. Hair on the floor in the bathroom. All corners had black dirt and dust and crumbs. Dust on...

« On s'est retrouvé dans une chambre au premier étage, semi-enterrée. La chambre était peu lumineuse, elle sentait mauvais, et l'environnement extérieur était très bruyant. Le frigo était très bruyant car réglé à fond, le bouton pour diminuer la température était manquant donc impossible de le baisser. Rien n'était prévu dans la chambre ou la salle de bain pour accrocher les serviettes. »

Nous avons attendu la 2e nuit avant d’inavoué draps taie d’oreiller pour le cavale lit alors que nous avions réservé dès le départ pour un adulte deux enfants. Au petit dej, arrivés à 10h05, la seule fois où on a pu s’y rendre, tout était rangé !!! Pas sympa du tout … Le pking 10$ est aussi trop cher quand on reste plusieurs nuits comme nous … La chambre était très bien mais cela ne vallait pas le prix. »
