« Très déçu d'avoir loué cette "appartement"!! À notre arrivée très surpris de passer par une porte de garage, et une odeur de renfermé à l'intérieur. Aucune isolation (rue très fréquenté donc l'impression d'avoir les passants /voiture qui traverse l'appartement) Aucun volets donc pas d'obscurité la nuit Indiquée 2 chambre mais nous arrivons direct sur une grande pièce avec des lits. Salle de bain à refaire intégralement ! Cuisine pas équipée pour cuisiner soit même(uniquement micro ondes),...

« Location was perfect. The shower leaked all over the floor and flooded every time - lots of mopping. The apartment smelt of bad drains - couldn't open the bedroom windows as the smell was worse. »

« The apartment was absolutely perfect as a base to explore the lovely city of Valencia. It was right in the middle of the historic old town , a few minutes stroll to the central market . It was very clean and well equipped and we enjoyed having breakfast or drinks on the large terrace - an added bonus! There are plenty of cafes , bars and restaurants within walking distance . It's an easy city to navigate on foot and you can walk to the beach in about an hour though a taxi journey is cheap and...

« Bien situé en plein centre du quartier historique. Appartement style victorien avec hauts plafonds, charmant décor, propre. Le Wifi est très fort, la cuisine fonctionnelle, le lit confortable. Notre hôte est venu nous accueillir à la gare, ça été très apprécié. Seul bémol, la hotte de la cuisine du resto en bas est bruyante les soirs de week-end. Mais, cela à part, on a bien apprécié notre séjour. »

« Easy access to the property on the ground floor and a short walk from a tram stop. Lovely bakery (Butter Pasteleria) which was great for breakfast only a few minutes walk away. Kids park also very nearby. Kitchen was well stocked and handy to have a washing machine and some key essentials on arrival eg washing up liquid. Only downside was there were roadworks happening right outside when we were there and a strong smell of drains in the bathroom, but that did seem common when you walked around...
