« This was possibly the most luxurious and relaxing family vacation I have been on in 65 years (and I have been all over the world). The house, grounds, views, pool were stunning but the best thing of all was concierge Betty Pena. « The villa was perfect for our family of 11. It was clean and well maintained. Communication with Luis, our concierge was perfect. The cleaning staff were excellent. It is a beautiful site and a steep but lovely walk to the marina and downtown area. We were very happy there for a week. Amazing views, beautiful pool, patio and hot tub. »

We coordinated breakfast and lunch drop offs as well as a private chef dinner ahead of time and everything worked out perfectly. The staff was very friendly and professional. I was so sad to leave. « Miscommunication regarding price and check in process. I was given a number to call to add a guest and the phone number didn’t work. The check in staff wasn’t helpful and I was given different quotes and no one could give me a straight answer.It took 2 days to fix a broken A/C in 2 of the rooms. Keep in mind it’s Cabo and it’s 90 degrees. I kept on getting the runaround with times it would be fixed. Our resort app wasn’t working or linking to our reservation. « Absolutely loved our stay here. It can be loud with beach goers and music so id recommend bringing a white noise machine. That said we plan to make an annual trip to this house, it’s awesome. »
