Ranchs à Los Banos

« Excellent staff, was moved to different room immediately when there was a problem with airconditioner leaking. Central location convenient to UPLB. »

« Aucun service valable chambre, information, toutes les installations fermées, service réception déplorable »

« Staff very helpful »

« It was okay, it could be better though. »

« All 5 bathrooms were overflowing? Poor plumbing issues never addressed, rooms smells bad. The sad thing is that it’s known to the owners and all they can say is sorry. Unacceptable! Take it out of the rental market, fix the issue! Money grab! »

« The room is clean and well organized. The staff is very friendly and courteous. The outdoor pools are clean. The hot springs pools are very relaxing. The view from the resort is stunning. I follow a plant-based lifestyle and the restaurant chef tailored the dishes offered on the menu to plant-based meals. I enjoyed it so much that I reserved a three-night stay the following weekend. »

« The staff was very friendly and very attentive, which more than makes up for the facilities, which need updating. Our room was clean and we were well taken care of so we throughly enjoyed our quiet time in the resort. Thank you. »

« Very clean and spacious »
