Upper Riviera-private, quiet, home away from home great for visiting relatives!

Stay right in the upper Hollywood Riviera Village neighborhood. We have a studio with a loft and a private roomy bathroom. There is a Queen bed in the loft (up a steep ladder) and a Queen futon couch with a memory foam pad on the main floor. We are located in a quiet family neighborhood and while the studio is connected to the owners main house, there are no main shared living walls except the bathroom.
There is a keurig coffee maker complete with pods and coffee condiments and a small fridge. We are however a no smoking, no cooking establishment due to there only being the bathroom sinks that are not equipped to handle food waste.

The owners live on premises and have a small friendly hypo allergenic dog. The guest entrance is through the backyard and while she is rarely out there on her own we ask that you be conscientious when entering and exiting. The backyard is a quiet oasis to start your morning or end your day! If the dates you need show blocked please inquire as we sometimes have them blocked only because of check-in time arrangements.
We are close to Palos Verdes Walking trails, Many of South Bays best beaches and Marinas and some of the finest dining in Southern California.

Near cities of Torrance, Redondo Beach, Palos Verdes, Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, Rolling Hills Estates, San Pedro.
