Great location but overpriced
Great location but very poor service. The cleaning has not been done, i complained but the “supervisor” that was supposed to call me back never did. The room was just OK and clearly overpriced. It looked more like a 3* hotel than a 4* hotel. You pay for the location, don’t expect anything more than that.

Really nice hotel. Big and fancy. The employees are nice and helpful. However the room looks cheaper than the lobby. The wallpaper was coming off in the room and bathroom. You could see mold around the bathtub and the bathroom door was missing paint. The room is smaller than it looks. The pool was nice, different style than the hotel. Overall it's a nice hotel, located in Beverly Hills. Close to Hollywood walk of fame, Griffith Observatory and Museums. However you need a car to go around.

One of the nicest places I've stayed with all the amenities and high quality service for the cost, making it an amazing value. Rooms were very clean and comfy. Quality is 4.5/5. Hotel is on the east fringes of BH, so its more West Hollywood busy streets and closed up buildings. Walking score is a zero and parking is expensive at 65/night. There is no view to the south...its the wall of a shopping mall. Still very central and convenient for nice tourist stay. Overall, I would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Sofitel is conveniently located in the middle of Beverly Hills, clean, and safe area. Check in was fast and helpful, rooms are clean, a little outdated design. But service, concierge, restaurant at the property, spa was excellent. Will recommend the hotel, restaurant, and spa.

My room was very noisy and upon my request they changed my room to an upper floor. That room was comfortable and quiet which I greatly appreciated. The new room was not comparable to the first room but sleep trumped that. The staff was kind and accommodating. I would stay again in a room on a higher floor.

I'm a repeat visitor because the helpful staff is -for me- the highlight of this hotel. They work hard to make you feel comfortable and are there in a flash to assist in any way. My only recommendation is to add bar stools to the hotel bar! There are literally 3 chairs. It's nice to have a welcoming, lively hotel bar, and that issue definitely hinders both and, undoubtedly, business.

Excellent, reliable, warm service is what sets this stay apart from the rest. I would not say this is a "luxury" hotel, but they make it feel that way. From Jennifer at the front desk check-in to Adonis the bellman at check out, everyone went above and beyond to make my experience a good one. Highly recommend.
