Guests will have access to a shared driveway and the entire back half of the property which includes a 5 bedroom 3 bathroom home and extra large backyard. Other guests occupy the front house and front yard

**PET POLICY**:
- We allow 2 pets maximum per reservation and each pet is $99 per stay.
- All pets must be kept off of furniture. If they will be on furniture, you must bring your own blankets or towels for pets to lay on
- We love fur babies, but any excess pet hair found on furniture, guests will be responsible to pay an additional cleaning fee.
