(1)Our host was communicative and timely with responses within the app / SMS.(2)The house has two toilets, but only a one bathtub with shower, so the description should cite 1.5 bathrooms (not 2).(3)The location map suggests the property is located at the corner of a park area on a quiet residential street. The property is *NOT* located there, but instead on a major north / south street. Street noise is significant from before 7:00A until after midnight and the house is older (meaning much of the street noise makes it to the interior).(4)The king-sized bed is located in the bedroom closest to the busy street.(5)The house is distant from remodel or prior guests have been rough on the place – drag marks from luggage on the paint, minor holes in the drywall, rusted shower curtain rod, shower control valve handle that is very loose on the valve, and backyard fencing that was seemingly self-standing only because of friction (not screws or nails) in one spot. No hangers in the closets; no luggage stands.(6)The interior of the place was immaculate in terms of the cleaning service; the backyard not so much – an empty beer bottle and burned out cigarette on the plastic chairs along with prior guest pet waste on the backyard lawn and in a partially pet waste filled trash can apparently provided for that purpose.(7)Comments like these would not normally be provided, but this property fell short of good value for my wife and I who have stayed in many VRBO properties.
