    Ce nouveau Malibu Modern Paradise Home est disponible pour vos fantastiques vacances malibu. Trois niveaux de beauté avec des vues comme rien que vous avez jamais vu. Quatre chambres et quatre salles de bains. Deux chambres sont des chambres de maître avec une vue exquise sur l'océan Pacifique sur toute la côte. La troisième chambre a un lit King size avec un beau bain! La 4ème chambre est une suite séparée avec deux lits doubles et une salle de bains. Trois ponts pour profiter du soleil, de l'ombre et des vues incroyables. Accès privé complet à la plage pour profiter. Il n'y a pas de meilleure propriété disponible à ce prix à Malibu!

This is the perfect Malibu beachfront propertyJeff is the ultimate host!The moment you arrive you have the entire ocean to yourselves. The view is breathtaking. You will feel like a celebrity on the Malibu coastline staying here. From the balcony pelicans dive, seals play, and a small humpback whale swims a few hundred feet offshore. Baruch Hashem, moments like that are rare and unforgettable and every second is photo worthy. Decorating is modern and thoughtful with everything arranged to immerse you in the ocean view. You cannot sleep any closer to the ocean unless you are on a boat.Having allergies the no pets policy is a big plus. The blender is perfect for daily smoothies and the kitchen has everything needed to cook meals enjoyed on the balcony while listening to the waves. This trip comes at an important moment for our family as we prepare for a significant medical procedure and the peacefulness of this place put us in a calm state before what lies ahead.The beauty and romance also made it feel like a second honeymoon after renewing our vows this year. We are Christian, but in the Jewish tradition there is a word, dayenu, meaning it would have been enough. If all we had was the view, dayenu. If all we had was the ocean, dayenu. If all we had was Jeff’s warm hospitality, dayenu. Here you find it everywhere. Thank you Jeff and your wife for creating such a magical experience. You are blessed. This is a memory families will share for generations

Wonderful Malibu beach front stay

The property was great! Panoramic ocean views on every floor! Listening and watching waves crash while we enjoyed cocktails and meals on the patio was perfect! Hot tub was awesome as you look out on the water. Rang in the new year around the fire pit! We all loved the walks on the beach. House was well stocked and host was very accommodating and helpful with everything! Can’t wait to return again!

Best beach house!

We celebrated a 70th birthday with five kids and three adults and the house was absolutely perfect. We stayed in September and the views were incredible. The kids had a blast playing in the sand right out front and the ping-pong on the top level was also super fun. Can’t say great things about the host, Jeffrey!! The house is better than even shown in the beautiful pictures and beds are very comfortable. We had the best time and highly recommend!

My stay at Malibu Modern Paradise was absolutely exceptional! From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the breathtaking ocean views. The property is truly oceanfront, providing unobstructed and stunning vistas that make every moment memorable. The home itself is modern, beautifully designed, and immaculately clean. The spacious layout and stylish decor create a luxurious yet comfortable atmosphere. The highlight for me was the spa - it was the perfect spot to unwind while soaking in the beauty of the ocean. Jeff, the host, went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. His warm hospitality, prompt communication, and attention to detail made me feel right at home. Jeff provided great local recommendations and was always available to answer any questions. Whether you're looking for a peaceful retreat or a luxurious getaway, Malibu Modern Paradise is the place to be. I can't recommend it enough and look forward to returning soon!

We had such a pleasant stay at this beautiful property. Floor to ceiling views of the ocean throughout most of the house. Jeffrey , the host, was an incredibly gracious and even left us snacks and drinks upon our arrival :)

Real Modern Paradise

Our family enjoyed the spectacular views of the ocean from every room in the house including the jacuzzi. The house included all the luxurious modern amenities a person could ask for. In the evening we loved telling stories around the outdoor fireplace while listening to the soothing sounds of the beach and staring at the stars. The owner of the house was always available and treated us like family to ensure we had a memorable & comfortable stay.

Breathtaking View/Literally on the Ocean

We have stayed at a lot of vacation rentals on the beach and with ocean views. This is a next level ocean view experience. There are full glass walls that let you literally feel like you are on the ocean. At high tide you are like in a virtual reality goggles sitting on top of the ocean. The master bedroom and 3rd floor bedrooms are full glass that offer an amazing experience. You haven’t lived until you open sliding doors when you wake up and relax as the sound of the ocean fills the room. The house has was well stocked and the host was generous with drinks and snacks waiting on us. Our kids especially loved hanging out in the basement room and it also gave the adults a little extra quiet time letting them watch tv and hang out. The host was responsive and very active communicating. I’d you want to stay on Malibu Beach and be literally on the ocean do yourself a favor and stay here.

My husband and I visited for our anniversary and my birthday. Home was clean and had outstanding views. The sunset and Sunrise were like no other. Great location for getting around town. Christmas Vacation 2023

All the five star reviews of this place are spot on. Exceptional property and an amazing host! Jeff was very flexible on our check in and even came by to show us around the home, which is something we have never had a host on VRBO do for us. Jeff wanted to make sure we were comfortable first and foremost and offered to come by for anything we might need during our stay. Now for the house…it is pretty perfect! The ocean is your backyard and there are no obstructed views. Everything is done in high end finishes and decor as well as the technology. No detail is missed. The kitchen was very well stocked with anything we needed even snacks and drinks! For our family, the trip is the gift each year at Christmas and we will certainly have a very tough time trying to top this one! Highly recommend checking this one out!
