✔️ Trained Pets are welcome with/ a fee. Max # of pets: 1; Pet Fee Applies for $150; Allowed Pets: 20lbs or less; Pets must be registered and reported to the host. Ensure that they are well-behaved and that you take necessary precautions to prevent any damage and extra cleaning. Pet owners will be responsible for any extra cleaning fees or damages caused.
✔️ Dogs are allowed on a case-by-case basis. Unauthorized pets will incur additional fees. Cats and other pets are not allowed. Pets are not allowed on provided linens; an additional fee applies for excess pet hair on linens. Pets are not allowed on our provided linens. Please bring your own if your pet will be on the bed.
✔️ No smoking within the property’s premises. Smoking, illegal drugs, parties, and excessive noise are prohibited, including on porches and in shared spaces. Marijuana use is strictly prohibited.

✔️ Follow the guidebook instructions. Guests will be held responsible for any issues that arise from not adhering to these instructions.
✔️ Adhere to the standard check-in and check-out time. Early check-in and late checkout are subject to the host's approval.
✔️ All furniture, appliances, and items should be returned to their original place. Missing and/or damaged items may result in additional charges.
✔️ View Rental Agreement, Photo ID, and Security Deposit may be required upon check-in.
✔️ We reserve the right to charge a fee if ANY of the policy is violated.
✔️ Commercial photography and videography without written consent are strictly prohibited.
✔️ Illegal activity, prostitution, and possession of firearms are
strictly prohibited.
✔️ Guests are responsible for damages, injury, or loss that occur on the premises. Any property damage must be reported to customer service. Unreported damages will be deducted from the security deposit or reported to the booking platform.
✔️ Initial supplies of amenities like toilet paper and paper towels are provided. Guests are responsible for replenishing these items as needed.
✔️ We strive to ensure all advertised amenities are in working order. If an amenity fails mechanically and cannot be used during your stay, we will refund $15 for every 24 hours the amenity is unusable, provided we are properly notified. No refunds are issued for improper use by guests.
✔️ Booking a reservation constitutes agreement to comply with these House Rules. Violations will result in liability for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses.
