So Swavey Rentals presents a luxury high rise 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment located in the heart of downtown Los Angeles. Fully equipped with free toiletries, free coffee, free snacks, full bar and other everyday essentials.

This Apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a dining area, living room and large balcony.
Bedroom 1 has a 1 King sized bed & a 55 inch Samsung tv equipped with Netflix and Hulu in the master bedroom with a full private bathroom attached to it with a soaking bathtub and a shower.
We have provided personal travel size Body Wash, Shampoo, Conditioner, Lotion, Toothbrush and Toothpaste.
As well as feminine products for the ladies.
The closet has an ironing board. 1 extra blanket, 2 extra pillows and a full sized laundry hamper.

Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed and a 55 inch Samsung tv also equipped with Netflix and Hulu. The closet contains a full size hamper, and 1 extra blanket as well as some hangers.

The living room has a large sectional couch (full size sleeper sofa when the ottoman is attached) w 4 small pillows and a blanket.

There is Also a full bar with wine glasses, champagne flutes and shot glasses.
we offer various choices of liquor such as White Wines, Red Wines, Vodka, Tequila, Whiskey, and Margaritas.

The kitchen has pots and pans, a knife set, strainer, cutting board, cookie sheet, Keurig w a full coffee bar, snacks, coffee mugs, silverware, plates, bowls, cups. The fridge/ freezer has water, ice, and orange juice.

Bathroom 2 has a soaking sized bathtub, shower, toilet, sink and mirror.
It is equipped with toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, a tooth brush holder & body towels.
