The space
The house has an open concept. It features 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath. Each room has a queen bed and a full-size sofa bed in the living room. Sleep max 5 people. 2 cars can park in the long driveway. We have a big backyard with artificial grass perfect to gather with family or relax in the lounge chair.

You have private and full access to the entire house, a code for the keypad is provided a day before to check in.

HOUSE RULES

At the time of booking, you agree on the following house rules:
- We love to host kids and pets, for that reason smoking is NOT allowed neither inside the house nor the backyard. Absolutely no drugs either.
- No loud music OR loud talking in the backyard or inside the house that can disturb neighbors at any time, quiet hours are between 8pm and 8am.
- No parties nor gatherings are allowed at the rental.
- Only the number of people listed in the booking can be at the rental.
- If traveling with pets, needs to agree on pet rules.
- maximum 2 cars parked in our driveway (do not block driveway nor park on the street)
- Respect our neighbors and our quiet neighborhood.

Security Cameras

We have security cameras in the front of the house and backyard to secure the property when house is not booked. System is not monitor while guests are in the house, however, if disturbance is reported, video could be accessed by support team.

Window AC units & Portable AC Unit

Recently during Summertime (Jun 20 - Sep 22) temperature reaches 90F during the day. We installed this window AC in each of the bedrooms to deal with those hot days. In summer nights night temp is around 70F, so rooms are cooler at night.

Note that during Fall, Winter and Spring season (Sep 23 - June 19) the windows AC are removed since temperatures during the day is 70-80F and at night drops to 50-60F.

Be aware that the window AC make some noise when ON is, you may want to bring some earplugs. If you are a person who can’t sleep for being sensitive to noise at night, this may NOT be the place for you. Beside the AC noise, the area and neighborhood are very quiet.

PORTABLE AC UNIT is available to use all year around (located in the living/dining/kitchen common area).

Kids

We provide a pack n play for babies and toddlers and boarding games and corn hole game for the older kids.
We also have a box with several items for a beach trip: body boards, beach towels, water toys and a beach shade. Feel free to use during your stay.

Pets (small or medium size pets only)

The pet fee is not included in your booking, expect an additional money request after booking.
Non-refundable pet fee: (nightly rate)
$20/pet fee for pets up to 15 pounds (miniature, maltipoo or similar).
$25/pet fee for medium-size pets (terrier, French poodle or similar).
ONLY small or medium-size pets, if you make the reservation or show up with a larger pet, you will be asked to leave and no entitle to refund. Larger pets will be like or something similar to Labrador, German Sheppard, or bulldog.
No more than 1 pet.
Guests must follow pet rules.
For stays longer than 7 days, or any other animal like cats, hamsters, guinea pigs, rabbits, snakes, etc need to request a quote and inform the host.
Make sure to include the pet in your booking. If we found out you are traveling with pets and is not included in the booking, we will double the pet fee and will be taken from your deposit.
A kennel, dish and pet waste bags are provided. Please bring their own bed. Pets are not allowed to lay on top of furniture or beds. Need to follow pet rules that will be provide after booking.
We have artificial grass in the back, if your pet needs natural grass to do their needs, consider taking them for a walk in the neighborhood. Please pick up dog waste to keep our streets clean.
We love to host pets and responsible pet owners.

Parking

You have full access to the driveway and can park up to 2 cars. If you and your party travel with more than 2 cars, then this place is NOT for you.
Driveway is narrow, therefore, if you have large vehicle like a truck you will have to maneuver a little to get in the driveway. Small Cars and SUVs will be perfectly fine.
You can park in the driveway and inside passing the gate. DO NOT park on the street nor block the walking path when parking in the driveway. Street parking is limited and used by our neighbors.

Stays of 14 days or longer

Expect an additional payment of $150 for an additional cleaning in the middle of your stay. There is no exception to this, it guarantees that the place will remain clean and also, we do provide clean linens, towels and restock of toiletries.
If traveling with pets, expect an additional pet fee for 14-day stay or longer.

Early check in or late checkout

We can accommodate this request depending on booking. There is a hourly rate fee for early check in of late check out prorated to the nightly rate. (Nightly rate / 24 hrs.). Provide the time you are planning to arrive early or late so the host can quote you.
