Beautiful Newly Remodeled Craftsman Home in Hollywood
- Discover this lovely fully remodeled authentic Craftsman 3 Bed 2 Bath house with original charm and grace!! Incredible secluded location while still in the city. Features period architectural detailing with brand new windows throughout allowing for beautiful natural light. The master bedroom and second bedroom each have queen sized beds that can comfortably sleep 2 and the third bedroom has a day bed with a trundle bed. Guests enjoy working from home with fast wifi and a beautiful office. We also have a sunroom with 180 degree windows overlooking the lush green park across the street.
Relax in our beautiful outdoor space. We have a beautiful newly constructed deck overlooking the Hollywood heights that is perfect for relaxing and enjoying a nightcap after a night on the town. Front and back patio sets for beautiful landscaped outdoor space in your urban oasis away from home. The home is located on a private lot across the street from neighborhood park and with parking for up to 3 cars. Remodeled kitchen and bathroom with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and basement with a projector for enjoying an indoor movie night.

We had an amazing stay at the Craftsman bungalow! It’s a comfortable, safe, and quiet space in easy walking distance to Hollywood attractions. We especially loved the sunny enclosed porch and outdoor garden seating area. Everything was very clean and cozy. We would absolutely return!

Sightseeing in LA
It rained a lot on our visit, so we were thankful for our comfy abode to stay our of the weather. Instead of enjoying the gorgeous outdoor spaces (and there are many), we made use of the spacious dining room and cozy living room with and fireplace. We would definitely recommend and stay here again.

A hideaway in the middle of it all
We had a wonderful stay in Hollywood. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and the convenient location of this home, which was centrally located for everything we wanted to see. Even though we were in a busy area, being off the beaten path on a dead end road gave us a secluded feeling. We highly recommend this property for anyone planning a trip to LA.

Nice property but dusty
The property's description was accurate, charming and well furnished. Our family went to the Universal theme park and being that close was great. We were able to take our 9 month old back to the property for a rest and reset.

Family stay in Hollywood
We had a very nice time in this house during our week in LA. Just a short walk from Hollywood boulevard, it is quiet and charming, with spacious living areas. We particularly enjoyed the atrium at the front of the house for breakfast - and the kitchen is well equipped too. Rosalyn was a great host - responding quickly to any queries. Thanks.

Hollywood Heights Oasis
The house is gorgeous and we had a comfortable stay. Highlights were the mornings on the deck and relaxing by the fire at night. It's an old house and creaks as old houses do, with some fun quirks like the hidden finished basement. I wish we had time to watch a movie with the projector! Easy parking for three cars and in a nice, walkable neighborhood, albeit near the less nice parts of Hollywood Blvd - as such, it felt like an oasis. The host is very responsive. We would definitely stay here again when in the area

Beautiful Home and Great Location
This house is loaded with craftsman charm. Very comfortable and everything we needed for our stay was provided. The newly build deck on the hill was a wonderful place to relax and listen to the birds. Location was perfect...very safe and secure. We walked to the Hollywood Bowl and Hollywood Blvd. Owners were great about communication...making sure we were able to get into the house. Overall a great stay...would stay again if we ever get back to LA.

Really a great gathering spot. Roomy enough to give different family groups privacy. The upper deck was a nice surprise: had a deli lunch up there with the whole group of 7 of us. Lovely, well-equipped kitchen. House overall had great light. Very welcoming. Close to a old school restaurant that was on our itinerary, and had the plans warranted, would have been part of our walk to a Hollywood Bowl concert.

Unique and comfortable craftsman cottage.
We loved this three bedroom cozy cottage within walking distance of so many great attractions. The parking in front was extremely convenient, as was the great location. Kitchen and laundry room were fully equipped. The new deck offered scenic views of surrounding neighborhoods. We loved the fireplace! Our teens had plenty of room to spread out. House has loads of security so we felt very safe. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Rental
This house was everything we were looking for. We were in town for a concert at the Hollywood Bowl and wanted something close to the venue. This house was perfect. It was about a 20 minute walk to the venue or there is a shuttle service nearby if you don't want to walk. The house was clean and comfortable. Rosalyn was very easy to communicate with. I would definitely stay here again if I'm back in the area.

Great location, gorgeous house
Stayed here with my 3 kids, husband & my dad. Plenty of room for all of us. We enjoyed the large kitchen table that sat us all. Outdoor space was lovely & relaxing. Proximity to Chinese theatre, jimmy kimmel, lots of touristy shops & restaurants was amazing. Even though so close to so much, the house was so peaceful & quiet. Felt very safe with the fencing around the property. Parking was perfect as well & property owner very helpful & attentive. Well equipped kitchen & bathrooms. Would def stay here again!

The Perfect LA Stay
Look no further than this wonderful home for your LA visit. Everything about the property was as advertised. This beautiful home combines the amazing quality of the original construction with just the right updates for that modern feel and convenience. The outside spaces are also outstanding, with numerous quiet sitting areas and gorgeous views. The location is incredibly convenient with a number of restaurants and other places within walking distance, as well as a reasonable drive to many LA attractions. Rosalyn is an extremely responsive host. Enjoy!
