The villa is equipped with all comforts, it is part of the property of a large winery, and has always offered its guests not a simple holiday but a dream to be realized.
In the park, incorporated in a land of almost 2 hectares completely fenced, an enchanting swimming pool (12 meters x 7) with an infinity side, will make you feel immersed in the green nature of the Tuscan hills. At the poolside, comfortable sun loungers will make your day very pleasant. Also, outside there are large terraces where you can eat, enjoy a drink, stop for a moment and sit to have a chat with friends or share intimate moments as a couple or family.
The bedrooms in the sleeping area are very large with French beds, antique writing desks available, very high ceilings and original floor tiles from the early 20th century, unique furnishings and curtains. The sleeping area is accessed by a marble staircase full of charm. The villa develops on two levels and has a size of about 500 square meters.
In the large living area, you will be welcomed in comfortable lounges with a fireplace, sofas with ottomans, comfortable armchairs and reading corners. The large kitchen (five-burner hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, coffee machine) is also equipped with everything necessary and can comfortably seat a dozen people at the table.
