A friendly welcome from the owners on arrival was the start of a magical stay. The views were completely breathtaking and the cottage was quaint with so many homely touches. The entire property was spotless and the wildlife made me want to live here. I kept thinking I was so lucky to be staying here instead of in the centre of chaos in town. This felt like a real holiday. Thank you to Liz and Ray.

Liz and Ray were very hospitable and made our stay so memorable. The cottage was so cute and the area around was beautiful. We saw kangaroos on the lawn and listened to the birds while swimming in the picturesque pool. We will definitely be staying again! :)

Oh the joy, absolute bliss...no wifi..escape from the stress of the world and get back to what really matters...tranquility. A selection of beautiful little cottages completely surrounded by nature. On our visit the resident Koala moved from tree to tree [slowly, of course], the kangaroo appeared mostly in the evenings, and the birds of all size and colour brightened our day. It was supposed to be a touring base for the area but we stayed on site quite a lot. Enjoyed the walk to the waterfall which was well worth the visit. Hardly saw anyone..a complete escape. Loved the well presented bungalow. Perhaps if I come back in a later life I could live here forever.

The Raspberry Soda Cottage was spacious and well-presented. The spa bath was a particularly appreciated feature after our long day of driving. There was lots of wildlife to enjoy. The only drawback for me was all of the rules - they were EVERYWHERE! It did leave me feeling as though I were a naughty child rather than an adult with common sense.

A Home Away From Home

My sister and I enjoyed our stay at Lemonade Creek Cottages immensely. It was difficult to go home! Was so lovely to experience parts of nature that one doesn't always get the opportunity to enjoy and see everyday (kangaroos, different bird life, forrest etc). Advice for anyone travelling to and from town to the cottages - please be extra careful when driving, slow down - especially at night. There wasn't a day that went past, where we didn't see kangaroos congregating on the side of the road. Our wildlife are so special, we need to look after and respect their homes, as much as we can. Thank you Liz for a lovely stay. We can see the effort & hard work that has been put into this wonderful property. I hope to return again in the future.

It's the vibe

Beautiful location and grounds with a very old fashioned (in a good way) and authentic feel about everything in the place. Would definitely return mid winter when a fire, a great book and a sense of coziness would really make for a relaxing weekend.

A Fun Girls Weekend

We stayed 2 nights in this gorgeous little Cottage it had everything you needed it's very spacious with charming decor and a very comfortable lounge suite compleat with a little fire place breakfast goodies in the fridge stocked with and everything you need for a yummy breakfast even a bottle of wine to enjoy in front of the fire after dinner really lovely the surrrounding gardens and pool area were just beautiful they also have a Tennis court and a Golf practice course you have the best of both worlds here a beautiful walk through the bush to the Erskine Falls and only a seven minute drive into town with the beach,cafes and shops thank you so much Ray and Liz. for your hospitality we had a lovely relaxing fun weekend we thoroghly enjoyed our stay I will definitely be recommending you to anyone thinking of going to Lorne.

Lovely cottage nestled by the bush

Perfect place to get away from all the hustle and bustle. There was even a great pool surrounded by beautiful gardens to relax by. We will definitely be coming by again.

Tranquil well equipped cottage

The cottage was tranquil and beautifully appointed, the owner friendly and helpful. Basic essentials were provided for breakfast so no need to rush to the shop. The bird life was amazing and a large variety of birds not seen before anywhere in Australia.

An Unforgettable Memory

Excellent experience! Very good service, the housekeeper helps us to light up wall-fire, 1st time having a real "fireside chat" with my kids, an unforgettable experience. Bedding are so comfortable. Surrounding is so nice and embedded with nature. I have morning jogging and wallaby (smaller size of Kangaroo) are just next by; Koala are in top trees. A nearby Falls which has excellent scenery. Kitchen is well equipped and we cook our dinner, a massage pool which is unexpected. Just that laundry is located at Reception and a bit inconvenient. No WiFi, also good to have disconnected for a day or so.
