Having booked many times in VRBO, this was my first experience with them and it was bad from start to (early) finish!! They first required an extraordinary amount of info to even book the place - pics of ourselves holding ID, closeup pics of ID, closeup pics of our credits cards. Then their system failed to upload the images correctly so we had to text them all over again to a phone number. Then we arrived at the...

« Incredible place. Stone’s throw from the ocean, with a beautiful beach to walk forever. Saw gray whales which was incredible. House is great, with beautiful views from bedroom of ocean and the lights of Victoria in the distance. Hot tub perfect. Loved watching the fighter jets take off and land. If you want to get away and really disconnect, this is the spot. »

« The host was really helpful. Once we got in the house it was cold but it got warm once we start heaters and the fireplace. The manager also dropped off duraflame logs. Because of severe weather the internet service was down. But it was fixed on the second day. The host even did refund for that. She checked us several times to see that we were okay.We also forgot a book at home she helped us to pick that up.It was a nice house though. I appreciate her help. »

« The management company was very responsive as we had a small problem with a fireplace turning on at the wall switch but they took care of this quickly. The overall floorplan was ideal for us. So happy you allow pets here. I wasn't quite expecting the view to be so amazing...it's really nice! Could use some better kitchen pots and pans & some cooking utensils but we really enjoyed our stay here. Great to be so close to the beach near Ebey and the great little town of Coupeville. « We had a wonderful stay for two nights. The home was very clean, comfortable, and well-organized, with everything we needed. The location is great — right in the center, surrounded by shops, restaurants, and cafés, which is very convenient. The property manager was easy to communicate with and very responsive, making our stay smooth and enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended! »

« At first glance we were really excited. Great location, great view, wide open kitchen and living area. Arrived about 5pm started putting things away in the kitchen and started seeing roaches. Kristeen was very helpful but couldn’t find anything else for us. Spent two more nights in 3 hotel rooms. »

« Inside of the house was very clean however, the sliders were so dirty you could not see through them. My grandson cleaned some spaces so we could see the beautiful view. We had 6 in our party and there were only 3 coffee mugs and 5 bowls. The fireplace was not usable. It required things that were not available. Other than that, the overall stay was good. »
