This delightful three-story property exudes rustic charm and is perfect for a cosy, tranquil holiday retreat.



The ground floor features a compact yet well-equipped living, dining, and kitchen area, where a wood burner adds warmth and a touch of traditional character. Despite its size, the space is thoughtfully arranged to provide everything you need for a comfortable stay. Ascending the narrow stairway to the first floor, you’ll find a small bedroom with a king-size bed, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. This floor also boasts a family bathroom complete with a shower cubicle and a Heated towel rail, perfect for drying off after a day spent at the local beach.

One of the cottage’s unique charms is the opportunity to feed the ducks from the window overlooking the stream that runs alongside the house, offering a delightful connection to nature. The second floor, accessed by steep stairs, features sloping ceilings and can accommodate two additional guests, making it an ideal space for children. This quaint, top-floor room adds to the cottage’s cosy and whimsical appeal.
